UNITED STATES SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS). On Skullcandy.com you can select Free Standard Shipping, which will ship via UPS Ground, or you may upgrade your order to ship with UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. If you do not see all of these shipping options, your order may not be eligible for that ship method.

Skullcandy.com ships to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout. At this time we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses and U.S. Territories.
CANADA SHIPPING INFORMATION
For orders placed on Skullcandy.ca, we offer free shipping to orders with subtotals greater than $100. Orders under $100 will ship via Standard Shipping for $4.99. Your order will be delivered by the service carrier that can best serve your location or province. Note our warehouse is located in British Columbia, so shipments to Eastern Canada will be longer transit times than Western Provinces.
UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING INFORMATION
On Skullcandy.co.uk site you can select Free Shipping. You can expect your order transit time to be 1-2 business days. Goods ship from the Netherlands.
EUROPE SHIPPING INFORMATION
On Skullcandy.eu, Skullcandy.fr, Skullcandy.de sites we offer Standard Shipping with 1-3 business day transit times. Goods ship from the Netherlands.
Shipping is free for European nations with the exception of shipments to Norway or Switzerland, where shipping costs 4.99EUR to cover specialty customs fees.

Order Processing Times
After an order is placed, it can take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 4pm MST or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day.
Upon receiving your Order Shipped email confirmation and tracking number, you may notice your UPS tracking number is ready for pickup and contains no transit record initially. Note that once your order has left the warehouse and is in transit to you, tracking details will become available at that time.
