Which devices can access Skull-HQ Software?
Skull-HQ Software runs on Windows personal computers with operating system 10 or higher. At this time Mac and Linux operating systems are not supported. If your PC is not optimized for Gaming, close all apps but Skull-HQ to optimize performance.

How do I set up the Skull-HQ desktop app?
Power on PLYR or SLYR Pro Headset
Plug USB cable into PC and headset
Install the software, and launch the Skull-HQ PC Gaming Desktop App
To ensure the best possible gaming headset experince, from time to Skullcandy will publish headset firmware updates. Firmware updates are made available in Skull-HQ software where users will be prompted to perform the upgrade when starting up the application.

Skull-HQ offers seven preset EQs and an option to customize up to three seperate profiles in the 10-band custom editor. PLYR and SLYR Pro headsets have four preset EQs (Default - "Supreme Sound", FPS, RPG, Music) and one customized EQ. Skull-HQ reveals three more preset EQ options (MMO, Movie, Podcast), and the option to create a select from up to three 10-band customized EQ profiles.
ENHANCED SOUND PERCEPTION (E.S.P.)
A hearing test and E.S.P. personalized sound profile taken on Skull-HQ PC app won't be accessible to modify when you connect your PLYR headset to the mobile Skullcandy App. Retake the hearing profile test on Skullcandy App in order to change or modify settings from the mobile App.
Use the dashboard sliders to adjust your sound setup during game play. Volume, Mic Input Volume, Sidetone, Game/Chat Mix options have you covered.
**Note Mic Input Volume set at below 60% reduces the volume significantly where if you are talking to another player or try to take a call on your mobile device, the person you are speaking to may not be able to hear you.
